Aaron Gordon questionable to return Sunday vs. Thunder

UPDATE: Gordon is “unlikely” to return to Sunday’s game vs. the Thunder, per the Athletic’s Tony Jones.

Gordon is questionable to return Sunday vs. the Thunder due to calf tightness. Before exiting, Gordon had posted five points and two rebounds in his seven minutes of work in the first quarter of this matchup.

Gordon has missed 26 games this season and almost all of them were due to strained calf. So, its hard to imagine the veteran returns to Sunday’s game vs. the Thunder and it wouldn’t be surprising to see Gordon miss some games going forward.

If Gordon is out, expected Nikola Jokic’s already massive role to grow even further. Plus, both Jamal Murray and Michael Porter should garner larger usage rates, and Peyton Watson and Zeke Nnaji should both see increased playing time.
