The Hawks are visiting the Grizzlies on Monday. On DraftKings Sportsbook, Memphis is favored by nine points and this game carries a total of 253.5 points.

Trae Young O 35.5 Points + Assists (-130)

Young is an elite spot Monday. The Hawks and Grizzlies lead the league in pace and this game’s massive 253.5-point total is the largest total the NBA has seen this season. Plus, Memphis has slipped to 24th in defensive rating over their last 10 games. Young has cleared 35.5 PA in seven of his last 12 starts and his role has been enormous since the Hawks made major changes at the trade deadline.

In his first nine starts since the deadline last month, Young is handling a 32.9% usage rate and a 43.2% assist percentage while logging 37.1 minutes per game, all of which are team highs for Atlanta during this span. Monday will be the 10th time this season that Young has competed in a total of at least 240 points and he has surpassed 35.5 PA in six of those games.

This 35.5 PA line is just too low relative to Young’s upside against the Grizzlies and he needs to be backed for this over on DraftKings Sportsbook.
