The Oklahoma City Thunder remain the top team in the NBA’s Western Conference by far at 49-11 behind MVP-level play from superstar guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. Tonight, they take on a scrappy Houston Rockets squad for the third time this season after going 2-1 in those past matchups, including an NBA Cup semifinal contest.

DraftKings Sportsbook lists SGA’s prop lines for tonight at 32.5 points, 5.5 assists, and 4.5 rebounds. His PTS + REB + AST O/U is 43.5.

With both teams fully healthy, this game would’ve been another fun dogfight between playoff-caliber squads. However, Houston has four rotation players listed questionable between Alperen Sengun, Amen Thompson, Dillon Brooks and Tari Eason, while Fred VanVleet has been ruled out. While the Thunder haven’t submitted an injury report yet, it’s likely they’ll be much healthier than their opponents.

Gilgeous-Alexander is one of the best pure bucket-getters in the association thanks to his deep bag of tricks and silky-smooth drive and midrange game. However, the 32.5 points line on DraftKings Sportsbook is high, and even with Houston’s top defenders questionable, the under is still worth targeting at -115 odds. SGA has failed to go over that 32.5 mark in all three contests against the Rockets this season (though came close with 32 points in two of those games), and the under on this points line has cashed in 36 of 59 outings this season overall. At -120 odds, it’s worth checking out.

The other Gilgeous-Alexander prop to target tonight is over 10.5 AST + REB at -115 odds. This over hit in two of three contests against the Rockets and 33 of 59 total games on the year, so it appears to be a fairly reliable option. With the ball in his hands on nearly every possession, SGA is almost always involved as a passer and should have a good shot to go over 10.5 combined dimes and boards tonight, especially if Sengun or Thompson miss the contest for Houston.
