Bam Adebayo has been listed as questionable for Friday’s matchup vs. the Pacers with a calf injury, while Andrew Wiggins is also questionable with an ankle injury. Adebayo was questionable Wednesday with the calf injury, but ended up playing and posted 20 points, nine rebounds and three assists in 35.2 minutes vs. the Hawks (37.25 FPTS).

This season, Adebayo is averaging 16.9 points, 10.0 rebounds and 4.3 assists in 34.2 minutes per game. The center has only missed two games in 2024-25, but if he is out Friday, Kel’el Ware will move over to center and be a strong target for DFS. In those two games Adebyao missed, Ware generated 37.3 FPTS in 32.3 minutes per game.
Tyler Herro will also see a significant boost and need to be on DFS player’s radars if Adebayo is inactive. With the center out this season, Herro’s usage has skyrocketed 8.6 percentage points to a massive 37% and he has been outstanding with 59.8 FPTS per game. Herro’s role would grow even further if Wiggins was out, as well.
Wiggins missed the final nine minutes of Wednesday’s win over the Hawks, and it’s unclear if this was related to the ankle injury. If Wiggins is out, either Duncan Robinson or Haywood Highsmith would likely start.
Miami is 0-2 with Adebayo inactive this season and the Pacers will certainly be favored for this matchup when the lines are released on DraftKings Sportsbook. The Heat are 3-7 in their last 10 and they are 1-2 against Indiana this season.
