With Spurs superstar Victor Wembanyama sidelined for the remainder of the campaign due to deep vein thrombosis, this matchup is a much more appealing affair for Houston than it was a few weeks ago. Bismack Biyombo is now the starting center for San Antonio, which means Sengun may be in for a big night.
One Sengun prop which holds great value is over 11.5 rebounds at +105 odds. The Turkish big man has gone over that mark in two of three games since the All-Star break, and he came close with 11 boards last night against a massive Bucks frontcourt, too. With San Antonio starting Harrison Barnes and Biyombo in their frontcourt over the last four contests, Sengun is positioned to dominate the battle on the glass.
The fourth-year center’s points line is another one to target tonight at -110 odds. While the line has ticked up from 18.5 over the last couple of games, Sengun has gone over 21.5 points in all three contests since the All-Star break. He’s taken at least 16 shots in each of those games, so his shot volume remains steady. Plus, the same logic from his rebounding prop applies here — the Spurs’ now-weak interior defense positions Sengun well to keep the streak rolling.
