I’m here to tell you that there’s seven games on tonight’s NBA slate on DraftKings.
Yes. I am aware that most people are focused on one game: Mavericks vs. Lakers. That’s fair and quite understandable, but you’re going to need to build your lineups from all seven to have a shot in these contests.
On that note, let’s break down some must-starts for Tuesday evening.

PG Luka Doncic, Los Angeles Lakers vs. Dallas Mavericks, $10,500
We do have to start with the obvious. While some of Doncic’ viability on Tuesday is narrative, it’s also crucial to note that the All-Star has never been cheaper in 2024-25. This price tag would’ve made sense prior to the break, when Doncic was working on his conditioning and struggling to gel with his new teammates, but now it just seems like a buying window. After logging 33.2 minutes against the Hornets last Wednesday, Doncic had by far his most successful performance with the Lakers in Saturday’s victory versus the Nuggets, registering 32 points, 10 rebounds, seven assists and 68.0 FPTS. Most promising? Doncic’s 39.2% usage rate — hopefully a sign of things to come. He’s undoubtedly going to be popular, but this feels like a night where you’ll have to simply bite the bullet and roster Doncic.
SG/SF Bradley Beal, Phoenix Suns at Memphis Grizzlies, $6,400
We’re coming down to the final third of the NBA’s regular season and it appears that Mike Budenholzer is starting to pull out all the stops. Look no further than Bradley Beal’s usage over the weekend. Not only did the former All-Star move back into the Suns’ starting lineup, but he logged 38.0 minutes in Saturday’s win over the Bulls then 41.3 minutes in Sunday’s loss to the Raptors. Phoenix now seems to be willing to push the envelope with it’s stars, and as such, Beal is suddenly too cheap for his new role. The 31-year-old has been scoring the ball well as of late, dropping at least 25 points in four of his last five games — a span where he’s also exceeded 37.0 FPTS all five times. Beal carries a high ceiling into Tuesday’s tilt with the uptempo Grizzlies, a matchup that owns this slate’s largest implied total by a pretty wide margin. If Beal again flirts with 40 minutes of action, he’ll certainly bring back serious value.
C Bismack Biyombo, San Antonio Spurs at New Orleans Pelicans, $4,300
I can’t believe I’ve written about Bismack Biyombo as much as I have in the last two weeks, yet here we are. With Charles Bassey (knee) injured again, the Spurs are lacking interior depth — specifically at center. That means Biyombo will surely draw his fourth straight start on Tuesday, just days after posting a 10-point, 10-rebound double-double versus the same Pelicans’ defense he’ll face again tonight. It was a performance that made a lot of sense if you’ve been stacking against New Orleans all season long. In fact, the Pelicans have surrendered the most FPTS per contest to opposing centers in 2024-25. Biyombo’s price tag might be up $400 in the last 48 hours, but he remains incredibly viable in his new role for San Antonio.
