After logging 28.6 minutes in Monday’s 42-point loss to the Kings, LaMelo Ball has been ruled out for tonight’s contest against the Warriors due to right ankle injury management.

Ball has missed several games in February and, recently, it’s been Elfrid Payton who gets the start in his place. However, the veteran guard has been very underwhelming in a Hornets’ uniform, only registering over 11.0 FPTS once in his six contests with the squad.
Really, the lone asset that some real DFS appeal on Tuesday is Miles Bridges. With Ball and Brandon Miller (wrist) off the floor in 2024-25, Bridges sports. a team-high 32.2% usage rate and averages 1.29 FPTS per minute. With Ball sidelined on February 20 against the Nuggets, Bridges registered 36 points, 13 rebounds and seven assists all while taking 23 field goal attempts. Josh Green and Nick Smith Jr. had 19 points and 16 points, respectively, in that loss.
Bridges is only $8,200 on DraftKings and presents as a high-ceiling target in the mid-tier range.
