Daredevil will finally have his day in the proper Marvel timeline.
Previously the centerpiece of the Marvel Netflix shows, Charlie Cox has reprised his role as Matthew Murdock three times in Marvel Studios projects. Appearing in Spider-Man: No Way Home, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law and Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, this will be the first time he gets more than a Marvel Studios cameo.
Although, at least one of Daredevil’s cameos gave fans a taste of what’s to come:
Timing notes
The first two episodes of Daredevil: Born Again will drop on Disney+ on Tuesday, March 4. Both episodes will be available for streaming at 9 p.m. Eastern Time.
There have been reports that the first episode will be 58 minutes and the second will be 47. While 58 minutes is longer than any episode from the previous live-action Marvel show, Agatha All Along, if this time range proves true, then viewers will be dealing with a similar level of episode-length fluctuation throughout Daredevil: Born Again.

While the show is named after a run from the ‘80s, the plot of Season 1 is expected to be centered around a more recent event in the comics, Devil’s Reign by Chip Zdarsky and Marco Checchetto.
Devil’s Reign saw Kingpin become mayor of New York City by, in part, seeking to control the city’s nonstop superhero scene. The actual comic featured a healthy list of Marvel heroes and villains. While Daredevil, Kingpin, The Punisher and Bullseye are all in the mix, it’s hard to imagine many more will be added. (Although, that would certainly be a welcome development.)
