What happened to Naz Reid? Live injury updates for Timberwolves vs. Thunder

Update: Reid has returned to Monday’s game.

At the end of the third quarter in Monday’s game against the Thunder, Naz Reid was hit by Isaiah Joe while Joe was diving for a loose ball. Reid was apparently hit in the ankle and went to the locker room immediately after.

Before exiting, he had 11 points, seven rebounds and three assists in 28 minutes. He was replaced by Jaden McDaniels. The Timberwolves have enough injury problems as it is in the frontcourt, so this could be a potentially huge blow.
