On Sunday night, the NBA has a seven-game main slate which starts at 6:00 p.m. ET when four games tip off. Of the 14 teams in Sunday’s player pool, only the Suns are playing for the second day in a row after beating the Bulls on Saturday in Chicago. Even though there are still a few rotations up in the air, a few teams stand out as great options for DFS stacks.

Stacking these three teams is a strong strategy to consider for Sunday night’s fantasy basketball contests on DraftKings, headlined by the NBA $200K Fadeaway [$50K to 1st].
Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Memphis Grizzlies
The Cavs stomped the Knicks on Friday and have won 10 of their last 11 games. They have averaged a league-leading 122.8 points per game on the season and a league-high 127.5 points per game over their last 10. The Grizzlies lead the NBA in pace this season while the Cavs rank No. 7, meaning this should be a fast-paced, high-scoring game on both sides. The Cavs could be without Jarrett Allen ($6,400; finger) and Darius Garland ($7,600; hip), who are listed as questionable. Allen went through shootaround on Sunday but Garland did not.
Core Plays: If Garland sits or is limited, Donovan Mitchell ($8,400) will be a very strong play while getting more work in the backcourt. Evan Mobley ($8,200) would likely get more work with Allen limited or out. De’Andre Hunter ($4,800) has been settling into his new role on his new team as well, and he could help carry the load if either or both starters are sidelined.
Value Options: There should also be some great value from the Cavs in this matchup, especially if Garland or Allen are sidelined. Ty Jerome ($4,200) had 19 points and 30.75 fantasy points against the Knicks in just 19 minutes. If he starts in place of Garland, he’ll be an excellent option. Max Strus ($4,400) always has a high ceiling if his shot heats up, and Sam Merrill ($3,700) and Craig Porter Jr. ($3,400) have contributed meaningful numbers off the bench as well. If Allen is out, Dean Wade ($4,000) would likely get more playing time.
Orlando Magic vs. Washington Wizards
Stacking against the Wizards is always a strong strategy, and the Magic have several strong plays to consider. The Wizards have allowed more points per game than any other team in the NBA this season, and they have been an especially good matchup for opposing point guards and centers. The Magic won’t have point guard Jalen Suggs (quad) for the 12th straight game, but there are other matchups to attack.
Core Plays: Paolo Banchero ($8,600) had three straight games with over 45 fantasy points before struggling on Friday on the second night of a back-to-back. Banchero seems to be finding his groove, though, and he should be able to bounce back Sunday. Franz Wagner ($8,800) also has a high ceiling with at least 40 fantasy points in four of the last five games. Cole Anthony ($5,100) has been filling in for Suggs, and he has been very productive in his two games since the break, posting 35.25 and 44.25 fantasy points against the Hawks and Grizzlies.
Value Options: In each of the two games since the All-Star break, Wendell Carter Jr. ($4,800) has been back in the starting lineup for the Magic. He posted 29.75 fantasy points and 27.75 fantasy points in those back-to-back contests, and he’s a great play against the Wizards, who give up plenty of points to his position. Jonathan Isaac ($3,400; illness) is questionable, and if he’s out, there will be extra work for Tristan da Silva ($3,800) and possibly Jett Howard ($3,200).
San Antonio Spurs at New Orleans Pelicans
The Pelicans-Spurs matchup has the second-highest point total on the board on DraftKings Sportsbook, behind only the Cavs-Grizz showdown. The Pelicans have allowed the most points per game in the NBA over the last 10 and the last 15 games. Over the last 10 games, the Pelicans played at the third-fastest pace in the NBA while the Spurs played at the seventh-fastest pace. Since the Spurs are still adjusting to the absence of Victor Wembanyama, there is plenty of value from San Antonio based on the player salaries.
Core Plays: De’Aaron Fox ($8,800) leads the way and has posted elite numbers with 56.25 fantasy points and 48.75 fantasy points in the last two games without Wemby. Stephon Castle ($7,200) and Chris Paul ($6,000) had both been very good before struggling against the Pistons. Jeremy Sochan ($6,900) has played 28 minutes in each of the two games without Wemby, and he has a high ceiling if he keeps getting more run.
Value Options: Up front, the Spurs have started veteran Bismack Biyombo ($3,900) in each of their last two games but his minutes have been limited. Charles Bassey ($4,900) returned from a six-game absence on Friday and looked solid in just 11 minutes. He has a high ceiling if he is set for 25-30 minutes. Sandro Mumukelashvili ($5,000) is another part of the frontcourt equation. He didn’t play at all Thursday but had 28.75 fantasy points in 22 minutes on Friday. Without Wemby, there is also more work available for Keldon Johnson ($5,100) and Harrison Barnes ($5,500).
