The NASCAR Cup Series Ambetter Health 400 at Atlanta is on Sunday and DraftKings is offering a new way to play fantasy NASCAR. The game is simple. Build a “Pick Set” (2+ drivers) and decide if they will outperform their stat projections. His fast lap number to beat was 3.5 last week at Daytona. Logano scored five fast laps in 185 laps. The number increased by one fast lap this week. Atlanta is a superspeedway, so the style is the same. The difference is the length of the track. Daytona is 2.5 miles long. It takes 200 cycles to reach 500 miles. Atlanta is 1.54 miles long — 260 laps. Logano will have 75 extra laps to earn one more fast lap at a track where he has won twice since the reconfiguration (2022 superspeedway repave). On top of that, this is literally his home track. He grew up in a condo at Atlanta Motor Speedway.

It appears that the DraftKings contest creators didn’t adjust the bar correctly. Atlanta is a superspeedway. The fast lap totals should be low, but Atlanta is shorter than Daytona. There are significantly more laps run at Atlanta than Daytona. There is also more potential for long green-flag runs. It’s a more challenging drafting track that can result in drivers settling into a single-file train that churns laps. The faster cars will soak up the fast laps. Busch has speed this week (qualified sixth) and has been one of the best drivers at Atlanta since the repave (four consecutive top-10 finishes). He won the Truck Series race on Saturday and has a reputation for sweeps.

In each Pick Set, you can not pick the same player twice and you must pick players from at least two different teams.
Enter an Amount
Once you finalize your Pick Set, choose your entry fee amount. Your entries will be automatically distributed into available contests, subject to your confirmation.
Sweat Your Picks
When the games go live, use the My Picks tab to follow your picks in real time to track how your players are performing against their projections and how they stack up against other users.
Compete for Prizes
Make enough correct picks and win a share of the contests’ guaranteed prizes. Any prizes won will be credited to your DraftKings account after contests are finalized.
