Cavaliers center Jarrett Allen exited Friday’s game with a hand injury and has now been ruled out for the remainder of the contest, per Cavs sideline reporter Serena Winters.
At the time he exited the game, Allen had totaled 10 points and three rebounds in 20 minutes of action.
According to the team, X-rays on Allen’s injury came back negative — a positive sign for a Cleveland squad which sits first in the Eastern Conference at 35-10.
