The Clippers are visiting the Bucks on Thursday. On DraftKings Sportsbook, Los Angeles is favored by 2.5 points and this game carries a total of 228.5 points.

Below, I have featured my favorite James Harden prop bet to consider from this contest.

Best James Harden Prop Bets on DraftKings Sportsbook

James Harden Over 9.5 Assists (-115)

Harden has racked up double-digit assists in four of his past five starts, including a season-high 17 assists vs. the Jazz. Harden currently ranks fifth in the NBA in assists and that ranking should improve as the season progresses with Kawhi Leonard back to full strength for the Clippers. Harden’s assist rate climbs 5.0 percentage points to 41.4% with Leonard on the floor and Harden is averaging 10.6 assists per game in the 15 starts he has made alongside Leonard in 2024-25.

Harden has topped 9.5 assists in 11 of those 15 games, and tonight, the guard is going against a shorthanded Bucks team. Bobby Portis has been suspended for 25 games by the NBA for violating the league’s drug policy, while both Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) and Damian Lillard (hamstring) are questionable. Given Antetokounmpo is dealing with a strain to the same calf that ended his season last year, it’s hard to imagine he plays tonight and Milwaukee should be a mess defensively without their top player.

Nonetheless, this 9.5-assist line is too low for Harden right now and he needs to be backed for this over on DraftKings Sportsbook.
