The PGA TOUR is making the final stop on its West Coast trip with a return to Torrey Pines. This is my favorite Keegan Bradley prop bet to consider for the Genesis Invitational.
Keegan Bradley Best Bet
Keegan Bradley is +5500 to win the Genesis Invitational. He is +800 to finish in the top five, +360 to finish in the top 10 and +140 to finish in the top 20.
The Genesis Invitational is normally played at the Riviera Country Club. However, due to the devastating fires in California that damaged the course at Riviera, the tournament will be held at Torrey Pines Golf Course. Torrey Pines was the host of the Farmers Insurance Open just a couple of weeks ago, so a lot of these golfers just played this course. During the Farmers Insurance Open, the tournament was held at both the North Course and the South Course at Torrey Pines. However, this tournament will be hosted exclusively on the South Course. The South Course is a par 72 golf course and ranges 7,802 yards. This is the third elevated event of the year so far and there is a field of 72 golfers, with a cut to the top 50 plus ties and anyone within 10 shots of the lead after Friday’s round. The South Course is one of the longest courses that is played on the PGA TOUR and there is poa annua grass on the greens.
Keegan Bradley is having a great year so far. He is going to be the Ryder Cup captain this summer, he has grown a fantastic mustache and he is playing really solid golf as well. Bradley has admitted that he will not name himself a Ryder Cup captain’s pick, he will only play if he earns a spot. Bradley currently ranks 21st in the Team USA Ryder Cup rankings so he would likely need to win a couple of big tournaments to earn a spot on the team, but all of that being said, the appointment as team captain has seemingly given his golf game some confidence. Bradley won the BMW Championship, the last official event of the 2024 PGA TOUR season. He then finished the calendar year strong with a fifth-place finish at the Hero World Challenge. That was great momentum to bring into 2025, where Bradley has finished in the top 15 in three of the four events that he has played.
That run of form to start the year includes a T-15 finish at the Farmers Insurance Open, also played at Torrey Pines. At the Farmers Insurance Open, Bradley has finished in the top 20 in five of the past eight years, including a runner-up finish in 2023. Bradley is still one of the best players on Tour off the tee on long courses like Torrey Pines. He ranks 15th in strokes gained off the tee on difficult driving courses. Bradley also ranked 15th in total driving during the 2024 season. He is in great form going back to the end of last season and has a strong course history at Torrey Pines. That should be enough to get him into the top 20 this weekend, which you can get at +140 on DraftKings Sportsbook.
