On Saturday, the Thunder take on the Grizzlies in a big Western Conference showdown between two of the highest-scoring teams in the NBA. The Thunder are playing for the second night in a row after beating the Raptors on Friday, and as a result, they have a long injury report which opens up good value options. Chet Holmgren (rest) will get the night off after making his long-awaited return on Friday night, while Cason Wallace (shoulder) remains out. Luguentz Dort ($4,600; back) is questionable after missing Friday’s game. Without Holmgren, Jaylin Williams ($4,300) becomes a solid value play for fantasy contests on Saturday night since he should return to his expanded role in the rotation.

C Jaylin Williams, Oklahoma City Thunder at Memphis Grizzlies, $4,300
On Friday, Williams still played 17 minutes against the Raptors and had 17 fantasy points on four points, six rebounds, three assists, and one blocked shot. With Holmgren out, though, he’ll step back into his role as the primary backup to Isaiah Hartenstein ($7,000).
Prior to Friday, Williams had played 20+ minutes in three straight games and produced over 25 fantasy points in each of those contests. He had 13 points, three blocks, and 28.25 fantasy points against the Bucks, with 13 rebounds, eight assists, and 39.75 fantasy points against the Kings during that stretch.
Williams has produced 1.11 fantasy points per minute on the season, so since he’s lined up to get 20+ minutes in this great environment against the Grizzlies, he’s an excellent value option at center or UTIL with a good ceiling and a relatively high floor since Holmgren’s absence gives him a clear path to playing time.
