LeBron James U 8.5 Rebounds (-105)

While James has been brilliant with Anthony Davis inactive this season, he hasn’t improved in the rebounding department without the big man. Tonight will be the seventh game James has played without Davis, now that he’s a member of the Mavericks. James is only averaging 6.5 rebounds per game in those contests, which is a drop from his 7.6 season average. Overall, James has only exceeded 8.5 rebounds in one of those six games sans Davis.

The Lakers are in a strong spot tonight, going against a Warriors team that will be shorthanded after they traded away Andrew Wiggins, Dennis Schroder and Kyle Anderson for Jimmy Butler last night. Butler won’t be ready to make his Warriors tonight, and Golden State is on the second night of a back-to-back. The Lakers should run away with a win, and James likely won’t see his usual huge workload, limiting his rebounding chances.

The Lakers have won three in a row by an average of 26.3 without Davis. James should fall short of 8.5 rebounds and parlaying this under with the Lakers to win on the moneyline needs to be attacked at a +158 price on DraftKings Sportsbook.
