The PGA TOUR is hosting the WM Phoenix Open at the Stadium Course (par 71, 7,261 yards, poa trivialis/bentgrass /ryegrass overseed greens) of TPC Scottsdale this week, which has been the home of this event since 1987. This a field of 136 golfers and there will be a standard top-65 and ties cut following the first two rounds.

Below, I have featured a make cut parlay to consider for tournament.

Tom Hoge + Gary Woodland + Keith Mitchell to make the cut (+208)

Tom Hoge is a very safe bet to make the cut this week. The veteran has only missed one cut in his last 11 starts — including a T11 at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-AM last week — and Hoge is in great form with his irons, gaining at least 2.6 strokes on approach at four events in a row. With four of the last five winners at TPC Scottsdale finishing the week top 10 in SG APP, being in compelling form as a ball striker is a must at this venue. Hoge’s success at TPC Scottsdale should continue this week with another high finish at the desert track. The 35-year-old has made four of his last six cuts at TPC Scottsdale, with three of these finishes being top 25 results.

Gary Woodland has a long history of succeeding at TPC Scottsdale. The veteran won the WM Phoenix Open in 2018, which is just one of his five top 30 finishes at the par 71. Overall, Woodland has advanced to the weekend in 10 of his 15 starts at TPC Scottsdale. Returning to the venue in excellent form this week, Woodland should absolutely make the cut. Coming off a T22 at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am last week, the former U.S. Open Champion has made nine of his past 11 cuts and he ranks top 10 in both SGT2G and SG APP when we analyze this field’s date from the last 24 rounds.

For the last leg of this parlay, Keith Mitchell is a great bet to advance to the weekend. This par 71 is a driver-heavy course, which is perfect for a bomber like Mitchell. The 33-year-old has has made five-of-six cuts at TPC Scottsdale, including three top 20 finishes. Mitchell is also three-for-three in made cuts in 2025, with no finishes outside the top 35. Notably, the 33-year-old has shot under par in 11 of his 12 rounds this season and he ranks ninth in SG OTT on the PGA TOUR.
