With back-to-back massive performances, Tatum appears to have found his way out of the shooting slump that terrorized his final week of January. That’s good news, as he and the Celtics will need to be in top form to keep pace with Cleveland’s explosive offensive attack. To wit, the Cavaliers have the NBA’s best offensive rating across their last 10 games, scoring 124.3 points per 100 possessions. Thankfully, Tatum’s had a great deal of success in this specific matchup so far in 2024-25, registering exactly 33 points each of the previous two times these teams have squared off. Tatum leads Boston with a 30.5% usage rate and he averages a healthy 1.38 FPTS per minute. Any time you can get him in a lineup for less than $10,000, it feels like a value opportunity, especially when he’s participating in the contest with the slate’s highest implied total.

SF/PF Dorian Finney-Smith, Los Angeles Lakers at Los Angeles Clippers, $4,000
We’re three days removed from the trade that shook the world, but the Lakers remain shorthanded, as Luka Doncic (calf) and Maxi Kleber (foot) are not yet healthy enough to play. Jaxson Hayes ($4,600) appears to have established himself in the team’s starting five in place of Anthony Davis, yet now it’s on JJ Redick to find a replacement for Max Christie, who averaged 31.4 minutes and 11.0 points per game in January. The two most likely options? Gabe Vincent ($3,400) and Finney-Smith. In truth, regardless of which nets the starting nod, both will likely be asked to shoulder a large role on Tuesday evening. In Saturday’s win over the Knicks — a contest where Christie was still in Lakers’ gold — Finney-Smith and Vincent ranked first and second among reserves in minutes, with the former logging 31.8 and scoring 15 points. Both are viable at their discounted price, but I’d lean towards Finney-Smith.
