The NBA has a busy Saturday night to start off the month of February, and the action starts early at 5:00 p.m. ET when the Pacers host the Hawks in Indianapolis. These two Eastern Conference foes are both in a position to make the postseason and have lots of rumors swirling as we approach the NBA Trade Deadline. With plenty of juicy storylines in play, let’s take a look at some of the best Hawks and Pacers prop bets for this contest.

The Pacers are 9.5-point home favorites in this matchup with a point total of 242.5 on DraftKings Sportsbook. The Pacers are 26-20 at No. 5 in the Eastern Conference, and the Hawks are 22-26, currently No. 9 in the conference and lined up for the Play-In Tournament. The two teams have not played this season.

From the injury report, the Hawks will be without Clint Capela (back) and Bogdan Bogdanovic (personal) in addition to Jalen Johnson (shoulder), who was recently ruled out for the season. The Pacers listed Bennedict Mathurin (illness) and Andrew Nembhard (back) as questionable.

Best Prop Bets for Pacers vs. Hawks on DraftKings Sportsbook

Tyrese Haliburton over 31.5 points + rebounds + assists (-105)

Haliburton has had an up-and-down season for the Pacers, but this PRA (points + rebounds + assists) over/under seems low to get at almost even money, especially based on how much he typically rises to the occasion against Atlanta.

In his last four matchups against Atlanta, Haliburton has at least 13 assists and has gone over this PRA line in six of his last seven matchups against the Hawks. He also went comfortably over this line in his last game, scoring 30 points and finishing with 45 PRA against the Pistons on Wednesday. He went over this mark in seven of his 10 full games in January, not counting the game he left early with an injury.

Haliburton is averaging 30.5 PRA per game on the season, and since the Hawks play at the fastest pace in the NBA over their last 10 games, this looks like a good spot to look for Haliburton to go over this total and continue his recent momentum.

Dyson Daniels over 4.5 assists (+120)

The Hawks have had to alter their rotation multiple times this season due to injuries and absences, but Daniels has been one of the biggest bright spots. Since arriving in Atlanta via trade from New Orleans this offseason, he has broken out with 13.3 points, 5.3 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 3.1 steals in 33.6 minutes per game.

While he has only gone over this assist total in 13 of his 43 games (30%), he has at least five assists in each of his last four contests. He and Trae Young missed a game at the same time on Monday, but all four of those games going over this assist total were played alongside Trae in the backcourt.

While Young carries the majority of the playmaking responsibilities, Daniels is stepping up as a strong secondary assist option, especially with Johnson out. On the season, Daniels has a 15.0% assist rate, but that number rises to 18.8% in the games Johnson has missed, and his average assists per game climbs from to 3.7 to 4.55.

In the current Hawks rotation, there is more opportunity for Daniels to create, so getting him to go over 4.5 assists at plus-money is a great prop play on Saturday.

Mouhamed Gueye under 0.5 three-pointers (+135)

Gueye has stepped into a big role for the Hawks with Bogdanovic and Johnson out. He has started each of the last two games for Atlanta, playing 22 minutes against the Rockets and 15 minutes against the Cavs. His role could be trending downward though, as Zaccharie Risacher gets past his minutes restriction.

Even in his expanded role, Gueye has only made one three-pointer in his five games with the Hawks this season. He did attempt 12 over the past three games, so the potential is there that he goes over this number, but getting him at plus-money to not hit a three-pointer is a solid prop bet for Saturday night.
