The Knicks enter this matchup riding high after impressive back-to-back victories. However, they face a Nuggets team looking to bounce back after a loss to the Bulls. The Knicks have been explosive offensively, scoring over 140 points in their last two games, but the Nuggets remain a threat with the reigning MVP, Nikola Jokic, leading the way. Despite its recent struggles, Denver has been strong against top-tier teams this season, and its depth should help them keep this game close. Expect the Nuggets to cover the +2.5 spread on the road.
Clippers -4 (-110)
The Clippers are on a four-game road trip and will look to bounce back from a narrow loss to the Suns. Meanwhile, the Spurs are hoping to snap a three-game home losing streak. The Clippers have struggled in recent games but still have Kawhi Leonard, James Harden and Norman Powell to set the tone. The Spurs are coming off a two-game international stop in Paris and haven’t played since Saturday. Perhaps the Clippers will be more in rhythm than their opponent. Los Angeles should cover the -4 spread in this Western Conference showdown.
Suns +1.5 (-110)
The Suns have been on a roll, winning three straight games, and will face the Timberwolves today. Phoenix has benefitted from strong performances from Kevin Durant and Devin Booker, while Minnesota has struggled with consistency in recent games. Although Minnesota has one of the best defenses in the league, it’s been allowing more points than usual, and Phoenix has the offensive firepower to stay competitive. The Suns are poised to keep their momentum going and should cover the +1.5 spread at home.
Tyler Herro Over 24.5 Points (-110)
Tyler Herro has been on fire lately, and he will need to carry the Heat once again as they take on the 76ers. With Jimmy Butler suspended indefinitely, Herro has stepped into a more significant role and is averaging 25 points per game in the 20 games Butler has missed this season. He’s coming off a 30-point performance against the Magic while adding 12 assists. The 76ers’ defense has struggled with key injuries, including Joel Embiid and Paul George, making it even more likely that Herro will surpass the 24.5 points mark.
Isaiah Hartenstein Over 26.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-120)
Isaiah Hartenstein has made his presence felt since returning to the Thunder’s lineup. In his last performance, he posted a double-double with 14 points, 12 rebounds and six assists. With solid averages of 11.8 points, 12.2 rebounds and 4.2 assists in 25 games this season, Hartenstein has proven he’s a reliable all-around player and has a great chance to exceed the 26.5 combined points, rebounds and assists mark against an undersized Warriors team.
