A four-game NBA slate is on tap tonight, with just eight teams set to tip off across the association. Still, plenty of big names are expected to take the floor, including Steph Curry, Giannis Antetokounmpo, and Anthony Davis. With so few stars in action, narrowing down who to start in season-long fantasy and DFS formats is a difficult task. Here are the three centers at the top of Tuesday’s fantasy basketball rankings:

1. Anthony Davis, Los Angeles Lakers at PHI ($10,500)
It’s hard to stand out at center when you play in the same conference as Nikola Jokic. Still, Anthony Davis’ remarkable 2024-25 campaign shouldn’t go unnoticed. The big man has been a menace on both ends of the floor, posting 26.3 points, 12.1 rebounds, 2.2 blocks and 1.3 steals. The end result? An average of 53.9 DK fantasy points per game.
The nine-time All-Star will look to continue dominating on Tuesday against the 76ers. Philadelphia enters the contest without former MVP Joel Embiid (knee) and burly backup Andre Drummond (toe). That leaves 6’8″ Guerschon Yabusele as the best remaining option down low. Against an undersized third-string center, Davis should have no problem taking over in this one.
2. Alperen Sengun, Houston Rockets at ATL ($9,000)
Playing alongside high volume scorers like Jalen Green and two-way monsters like Amen Thompson, Alperen Sengun still stands out. The 31-14 Rockets have depth at guard and on the wings, but the team leans on their young center. This season, the 22-year-old has posted 19.2 points, 10.4 rebounds and 5.1 assists.
Sengun isn’t the most consistent scorer, but a wide array of skills gives him a solid fantasy floor. The Hawks can be beaten in a number of different areas, so expect the big man to take advantage. This season, Atlanta has surrendered the fifth-most points (118.8) and the fourth-most assists (28.4) to opponents. With those numbers in mind, Houston’s potential All-Star is an easy second choice for Tuesday’s fantasy basketball rankings.
3. Walker Kessler, Utah Jazz at GSW ($7,100)
There isn’t much to brag about for Jazz fans, but Walker Kessler’s recent play has been a positive. Over his last three outings, the big man is averaging 39.8 fantasy points. This season, he’s produced 11.3 points, 11.4 rebounds and 2.4 blocks while shooting a league-leading 73.3% from the field.
On most nights, it would be difficult to rank a defensive-minded center inside the top three. However, Tuesday’s matchup could be perfect for Utah’s young big man. Draymond Green (calf) is injured, hurting Golden State’s already-thin front court depth. This season, the Warriors have allowed the 12th-most fantasy points to opposing centers. Kessler isn’t the most enticing name available, but he’s a solid pivot for fantasy managers looking to spend at other positions.
