Best Saquon Barkley prop bets for Eagles vs. Commanders

The Eagles host the Commanders in the NFC Championship Game on Sunday. Here are some Saquon Barkley prop bets to consider at DraftKings Sportsbook.

Saquon Barkley Prop Bets

Here are Saquon Barkley’s current prop bet odds at DraftKings Sportsbook: o/u 128.5 rushing yards, o/u 2.5 receptions and o/u 12.5 receiving yards. Barkley is -220 to score a touchdown, +250 to score 2+ touchdowns and +340 to score the first touchdown of the game.

Barkley has had a special debut season with the Eagles. He is the runaway favorite to win NFL Offensive Player of the Year with odds of -3000 on DraftKings Sportsbook. Barkley is already proving his worth so far in the postseason. Last week against the Rams, the Eagles’ offense was completely disjointed. They totally relied on explosive plays to get points on the board and most of those came from Barkley. Barkley broke a 62-yard touchdown run and a 78-yard touchdown in the Eagles’ win. Outside of those plays and Jalen Hurts’ long touchdown run, the Eagles’ offense struggled to move the ball. Barkley finished the game with 205 rushing yards and he rushed for 119 yards in the Wild Card Round against the Packers as well.

The Commanders have made an incredible run to get to the NFC Championship Game on the back of QB Jayden Daniels. However, their defense has not been great this season. They knocked off the Lions by forcing multiple turnovers but outside of the turnovers, the Lions were moving the ball effortlessly. The Buccaneers also were quite efficient on offense in the Wild Card Round but didn’t convert enough drives into touchdowns. The Commanders’ defense finished the regular season 22nd in the NFL in defensive EPA/play and 27th in defensive EPA/rush. Saquon Barkley should be able to break some big runs in this game just like he did against the Rams. Jameson Williams was able to break a 61-yard touchdown run against the Commanders in the previous round and Jahmyr Gibbs broke off a 33-yarder. The Commanders are susceptible to long runs and Barkley is one of the best in the business when it comes to that. Barkley ran for two touchdowns in both of the regular season matchups between these teams.

My favorite Saquon Barkley prop is for him to score 2+ touchdowns at odds of +250. Barkley just scored two touchdowns in the previous round against the Rams and he did it six times in the regular season so this is a very doable task. Barkley put up that many multiple-touchdown games despite the fact that Jalen Hurts took a lot of the carries inside the 10-yard line for the Eagles. Hurts now has an injured knee and is coming off of a serious concussion so he could be less mobile in this game and the Eagles might be a bit more cautious running him. If the Eagles don’t use Hurts in the tush-push scenario, that would dramatically increase Barkley’s chances of getting more touchdown chances. Barkley has shown that he is more than capable of this type of performance, scoring two touchdowns last week, and the Commanders are susceptible to it, giving up two touchdowns to Gibbs last week.

Pick: Saquon Barkley 2+ Touchdowns (+250)
