The NFL’s version of the final four is set for this Sunday’s Conference Championships, and it should be another great Sunday of football with two Conference Championships on the line and trips to Super Bowl LIX awaiting the winners. Let’s take a look at some of the betting trends coming into these two games.

The Washington Commanders have been the Cinderella story of this year’s NFL Playoffs. They knocked off the Lions and Buccaneers SU/ATS on the road in their first two games this postseason and will head to Philadelphia for Sunday’s NFC East showdown. The Philadelphia Eagles have played both their playoff games at home, beating the Packers and the Rams.
These two teams met twice this season, with the home team winning each game. The Eagles won 26-18 in Week 11, and the Commanders won in Week 16, 36-33. The Eagles were four-point favorites coming into each game.
The Commanders are 11-2 SU in their last 13 games vs. the NFC and 5-1 SU in their past six road games. They have won seven consecutive games and are 12-6 ATS in their last 18.
The Eagles are 9-0 SU in their last nine home games and 14-1 SU in their last 15, with the only loss coming against the Commanders. The Eagles are 8-3 ATS in their last 11 contests and 5-1 ATS in their last six divisional games. They are 12-4 SU in their last 16 games against Washington and 6-2 SU in their last eight home meetings with the Commanders.
The under is 20-4 in the Eagles’ last 24 January games and 6-2 in the Commanders’ last eight January games. However, the over is 13-7 in Washington’s last 20 games, 7-3 in its last 10 division contests and 4-1 in the last five meetings between these two teams.

The AFC Championship doesn’t have any surprise appearances, as the two two seeds will meet in Kansas City after winning at home last week. Despite the “chalk,” this matchup is fascinating as the reigning champions face the challenger that has come up just short against them in the past. The Bills won two home games to get to this point, beating the Ravens and Broncos SU/ATS in the last two weeks, while the Chiefs won at home over the Texans after returning from their bye week.
The two teams met earlier this season in Week 11, and the Bills won 30-21 in Buffalo. James Cook ran for two scores and Josh Allen threw a touchdown and ran for a touchdown to seal the win in the fourth quarter.
The Bills will hope for another win in this rematch in Kansas City. They are 21-5 SU in their last 26 games and 8-3 ATS in their last 11 trips to Kansas City. Additionally, the Bills are 9-1 SU in their last 10 against the AFC and 4-1 SU in their last five against the AFC West. They are also 4-2 SU/ATS in their last six head-to-head meetings with the Chiefs.
The Chiefs are an extremely dominant 18-2 SU in their last 20 games overall and 12-0 SU in their last 12 home games. They are also 16-2 SU in their last 18 games against the AFC. Things are a little different story against the spread, though, the Chiefs are 3-9 ATS in their last 12 games, 3-8 ATS in their last 11 games against the Bills and 1-6 ATS in their last seven Sunday games.
The under is 8-1 in the Chiefs’ last nine January games and 6-1 in their last seven overall. On the other hand, the over is 5-1 in the Bills’ last six road games, 8-3 in their last 11 overall, 12-5 in their last 17 as the underdog, and 5-2 in the last seven head-to-head meetings between these teams.
