Anthony Davis U 39.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-115)

In a tough spot vs. the Celtics, Davis needs to be backed for this under. While Boston was without both Kristaps Porzingis (illness) and Al Horford (toe) last night, both big men should be available Thursday, as this move surely was by design, as neither Porzingis or Horford has played in both legs of a back-to-back set this season.

Both these centers are great defenders and having them available makes this a very difficult matchup for Davis. This season, the Celtics rank fifth in defensive efficiency and they are limiting opposing centers to the second-fewest points, the fourth-fewest rebounds and the fourth-fewest assists.

Facing this Boston squad, the Lakers carry a modest 107.5-point implied team total on DraftKings Sportsbook, and Davis has stayed under 39.5 PRA in five of the seven games he has played behind an implied team total of fewer than 110 points this season. Plus, the Lakers are a five-point underdog for this matchup with the rivaled Celtics. In losses this season, Davis is averaging 39.1 PRA per game and he has stayed under 39.5 PRA in nine of those 17 defeats.
