UPDATE: Miller underwent surgery and has officially been ruled out for the remainder of the season.

Brandon Miller injured his shooting wrist during Wednesday’s game. On Friday, the Hornets announced that Miller suffered a torn ligament in his right wrist and will be out indefinitely.

It’s a big blow for both Miller and the Hornets, as the second-year phenom cemented himself as the number two option and leveled up to average 21 points, 4.9 rebounds, 3.6 assists, 1.1 steals and 3.9 three-pointers in 27 games this season.
With Miller off the court this season, Miles Bridges has seen a 4.68% usage rate bump while LaMelo Ball has seen a 3.24% increase.
Seth Curry will likely enter the starting lineup for Miller with Josh Green sliding to small forward and Miles Bridges at power forward.
