The Cavaliers are visiting the Thunder on Thursday for a matchup between the NBA’s top two teams. On DraftKings Sportsbook, Oklahoma City is favored by two points and this game carries a total of 233 points.

Donovan Mitchell U 31.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-120)

Mitchell finds himself in a very tough spot on Thursday. The Thunder are the No.1 rated defense in the league this season, and it isn’t particularly close. Oklahoma City boasts a 102.9 defensive rating, while the Magic rank second at 106.9. When the Cavaliers and Thunder went head-to-head last week, Mitchell struggled against Oklahoma City’s elite collection of wing defenders. The guard finished with only 11 points, six rebounds, and four assists. Defensive specialist Alex Caruso (hip) also missed this game for the Thunder. The veteran will be available tonight and surely will spend some time defending Mitchell.

The shooting guard has been a vital part of Cleveland’s success this season, but with the Cavaliers having their top-four players all healthy this year, Mitchell’s role has seen a downgrade from last season. Notably, his usage is 1.7 percentage points lower and his assist rate has plummeted 7.1 percentage points from his average a year ago.

Lastly, the Cavaliers are underdogs for this matchup with the Thunder and Mitchell hasn’t fared well in Cleveland’s five losses this season, with 21.6 points, 5.4 rebounds and 4.4 assists per game. Of these five contests, Mitchell has stayed under 31.5 PRA three times.
