Nuggets center Nikola Jokic was not on the injury report heading into Wednesday’s contest against the Houston Rockets. Roughly an hour before tipoff, though, he was ruled out due to elbow inflammation. The injury occurred during warmups.
DeAndre Jordan will likely get the start in Jokic’s place.
With Jokic off the court this season, Russell Westbrook has seen an 8.06-percentage point bump in usage rate, while Jamal Murray has seen an increase of 2.24 percentage points.
