The Lakers host the Heat on Wednesday night in one of the two late games from Los Angeles. The Heat will be without Jimmy Butler (suspension) and possibly Bam Adebayo (back, questionable), but it looks like the Lakers will have both Anthony Davis (foot, probable) and LeBron James (foot, probable). The Lakers are five-point home favorites with the point total set at 215 on DraftKings Sportsbook.
Let’s take a look at some of the best prop bets from this matchup as James hosts his former team:

Anthony Davis 45+ Pts + Reb + Ast (+120)
Davis has been excellent this season, averaging 25.9 points and 11.9 rebounds and 3.5 assists for a PRA average of 41.3. He has been battling a foot injury and had some down games in December but has looked much more like his early-season self lately. In his last six games, he has gone over this number four times including on Monday, when he had 30 points, 13 rebounds and two assists in 32 minutes. Even in a blowout loss, he was on the floor long enough to hit 45 PRA.
Since Wednesday’s game should be a closer contest, I think he has the potential for even more minutes and better numbers. He also could be facing the Heat without Adebayo, or with Adebayo at less than 100 percent. He’ll also be looking to erase his dismal showing against Miami in early December when he had only eight points, seven rebounds and five assists.
With a little extra rest, Davis should be able to deliver on this stat line. At 43+ PRA, he’s -110 which is a safer bet, but I think the juice is there to get him to 45+ in this matchup.
Austin Reaves to record a double-double (+330)
If you really want a higher odds play, check out Austin Reaves’s number to post a double-double. I understand why it’s at +330 since Reaves only has five double-doubles all season, but all five of those have come in his last eight games. He is averaging over 37 minutes per game during this stretch and is taking on a much more active role as a playmaker. He’s averaging 9.0 assists over that eight-game stretch after averaging only 4.9 assists in his previous 24 games this season.
Reaves missed the first matchup between these teams but has been a growing part of the Lakers regular starting five. With D’Angelo Russell traded and Gabe Vincent in a smaller role, Reaves clearly has the starting point guard role and is one of the primary creators.
While LeBron is always capable of grabbing the reigns and posting a big assist total, Reaves has been running the show more often lately. He had 12 points and eight assists on Monday, falling just short of another double-double.
While it’s definitely not a lock, Reaves does have more of a chance to hit this prop than the number indicates. I think it’s worth taking a shot on this Wednesday. The Heat gave up a double-double to James Harden on Monday and almost gave one up to Isaiah Collier earlier on this road trip as well. They have allowed an opposing player to post 10+ assists in three of their last five.
Terry Rozier under 1.5 3-Pointers (+100)
If you want a prop that is relatively low odds but has a good shot at hitting, check out the under on Terry Rozier’s three-pointers. Rozier has been taking plenty of threes for the Heat, especially without Jimmy Butler, but he hasn’t been making very many of them. In his last 10 games, Rozier is a combined 8-for-51 (15.7 percent) from long range, and he has only made over 1.5 3-pointers in one of those 10 contests.
Rozier is still getting plenty of minutes, but with Tyler Herro and Jaime Jaquez Jr. doing more of the heavy lifting, he’s serving more as a facilitator than a scorer.
