Tonight, Victor Wembanyama returns home after a three-game road trip and in a prime position to go off with the Grizzlies in town. Memphis leads the league in pace this season, making this is a huge pace increase for a Spurs team that ranks 19th in the metric. Wembanyama is handling a 31.3% usage rate in 2024-25 and he has been more comfortable on his home floor, scoring 26.1 PPG, compared to the 24.1 PPG he averages on the road.

Thanks to the Grizzlies high pace, this game carries a huge 239-point total on the DraftKings Sportsbook, which is the second-highest of Wednesday’s 11-game slate. Plus, this is the largest total the Spurs and Wembanyama have competed in this season.

Wembanya has played in a game with a total of at least 230 points four times this season, and he is averaging 30 points in those contests. Victor Wembanyama should flourish against the Grizzlies and this 25.5-point line is far too low for him in this up-tempo matchup.
