The Jazz have dropped three straight coming into their Sunday night matchup against the Nets, who also limp into the matchup dropping seven of their last eight games. Nonetheless, both teams should bring good DFS fantasy basketball value, whether you are playing the six-game main slate or the two-game night slate.
The Jazz remain very thin in the backcourt with Keyonte George (heel) missing his fourth straight game along with Jordan Clarkson (foot) also out. Even more usage will be available with John Collins (hip), Walker Kessler (rest) and Johnny Juzang (hand) ruled out and Lauri Markkanen ($7,900; back), Brice Sensabaugh ($4,100; conditioning) and Kyle Filipowski ($3,700; ankle) questionable. With all those absences, Isaiah Collier ($4,000) should carry the load and has a potential to have outstanding value.

PG Isaiah Collier vs. Brooklyn Nets, $4,000
Collier was a first-round pick out of USC, and the rookie has started each of the last four games for Utah. He has at least six assists in each of his last five games while averaging 21.7 fantasy points per contest and 0.78 fantasy points per minute. Collier hasn’t done a lot of scoring, hitting double-digit points in just one of his games, but he also usually has low usage.
At just $4,000, though, he doesn’t have to score a lot to be a solid value option. He is averaging 7.6 assists, 3.8 rebounds and 21.6 fantasy points in his last five games. Even just at that level, he’s a solid value at $4,000, but with more usage available in a favorable matchup, his ceiling is much higher.
Collin Sexton ($7,000), Cody Williams ($3,600) and Svi Mykhailiuk ($3,500) also have good upside, while Micah Potter ($3,000) and Drew Eubanks ($3,200) will get minutes in the middle with Kessler out. Of the makeshift rotation, though, Collier is my top play since he brings both a high floor and a high ceiling.
