The team recently moved Bradley Beal and Jusuf Nurkic to the bench in exchange for Ryan Dunn and Mason Plumlee. The change hasn’t affected much as Beal is still getting about 30 minutes per game, but it’s putting more responsibility on Devin Booker and Kevin Durant.
They begin a three-game home stretch with a matchup against Atlanta tonight. The Suns are six-point favorites and carry a game total 238.5 on DraftKings Sportsbook.

Phoenix is a mess right now, but Booker’s passing has at least been a stable part of the team’s offense lately. The four-time All-Star is averaging 6.8 assists per game which is one tenth off his career high set last year.
Booker entered the league as a very young scoring two-guard, but he’s evolved into an impressive passer. He primarily played point guard last season, and while that’s changed this year, he’s still got the skills to lead the offense.
The 28-year-old has cleared this assist line in 12 of 30 games, but he’s hit the mark in each of his past four outings. Booker’s scoring has taken a step back in the last four games, seeing just one explosion of 39 points. His passing has been consistent even on poor shooting nights.
Tonight’s matchup against the Hawks also proves to be a good opportunity for Booker to continue his streak. The Hawks allow the third most points and assists to opposing teams. Atlanta also plays at the second fastest pace, setting this game up to have a ton of quick possessions.
Despite the Suns struggling to win games, Booker’s passing has been a bright spot. He gets another great opportunity tonight against the Hawks, so bet the over on his 7.5 assists prop.
