After defeating the Thunder on Wednesday, the Cavaliers are hosting the Raptors on Thursday. Cleveland is favored by 14.5 points and this game presents a total of 235 points on DraftKings Sportsbook.

Below, I have featured my favorite Darius Garland prop bet to consider from this contest.

Darius Garland O 31.5 Points + Assists (-110)

With this being the second leg of a back-to-back set for the Cavaliers, they elected to rest Donovan Mitchell tonight. The guard leads Cleveland in usage and with Mitchell missing from the equation, all of the Cavaliers’ starters will benefit from larger roles, especially Garland. With Mitchell off the floor this season, Garland’s usage and assist rates rise 1.9 and 3.9 percentage points, respectively.

Mitchell has missed one game this season and in that tilt, Garland flourished with 25 points and 12 assists vs. the Hornets. The guard is an even better spot Thursday, going against the Raptors, who rank 12th in pace and 28th in defensive efficiency.

Even with their top scorer in Mitchell inactive, the Cavaliers carry a huge 124.25-point implied team total on the DraftKings Sportsbook. Garland should have no issues topping 31.5 points + assists in this situation.
