Fantasy Football Rankings: 2025 DraftKings NFL Playoff Best Ball Rankings 1-100

The NFL playoffs have officially arrived, and there is no better way to sweat the games than by playing NFL Best Ball on DraftKings.

For those who are new to playoff best ball, the rules are as follows:

Participants will draft a lineup via a live snake draft and contests will last from Wild Card Weekend all the way through to the Super Bowl. Just like in regular season best ball, your highest scoring players will hit your roster each week. The scoring format will be the same as standard DraftKings NFL DFS contests.

Here are the lineup requirements:

Strategy

This is where things get fun. Playoff best ball is far different than regular season best ball, as no NFL team is guaranteed more than one playoff game, where as in the regular season, you know you’re getting 17 games from all your players (barring injury). The only objective of playoff best ball is to have live players in the Super Bowl round, because that is when all the money is won.

This means that teams with the highest implied probability of winning their respective conference are the teams you want to target players from most often. This year, there is a clear top five in terms of hierarchy: The Lions, Eagles, Chiefs and Bills and Ravens (in no order) are the biggest favorites to reach Super Bowl Sunday, and thus are where the majority of early round picks come from.

There is another layer to this, however, because while you obviously want to be targeting players on the teams most likely to reach the big game, you don’t want to cannibalize yourself and draft a team full of players from the same conference. The idea is to try and get the exact Super Bowl matchup correct, this way have players from both teams live during the final round of contests. The next thing you want to pay attention to is the first round bye.

While the Lions and Chiefs may have the easiest road to the Super Bowl in their conference, each do not play a game in the first round of the playoffs, so if you stack up players from both of those teams, you may not even advance to Divisional Weekend. You want to be conscious the entire way through your draft so that you are drafting for the Super Bowl, but also to advance out of the first round.

Below I have ranked my top 100 players for DraftKings NFL Playoff Best Ball contests. Good luck in your drafts!
