James Harden Over 21.5 Points (-120)

After having Kawhi Leonard back in the lineup for their last two games, the Clippers will be without the veteran Wednesday, as Leonard is stepping away from the team to be with family who were affected by the wild fires in Los Angeles. While Leonard has played sparingly in the last two games, he has still commanded a 27% usage rate and having Leonard missing from the equation guarantees a large workload for Harden.

Lets not forget that Paul George is also now with the 76ers and with George and Leonard off the floor the last two seasons, Harden has led the Clippers with a 29.6% usage rate while averaging 23.9 points per 36 minutes.

Facing a Nuggets team that is on the second night of a back-to-back — and one that ranks 27th in defensive rating with Aaron Gordon (calf) sidelined for the last seven games — Harden should be very active as a scorer and is a compelling bet for over 21.5 points.
