The Pistons are visiting the Nets on Wednesday. On DraftKings Sportsbook, Detroit is favored by 8.5 points and this game carries a total of 212 points.

Below, I have featured my favorite Cade Cunningham prop to consider from this contest.

Cade Cunningham O 36.5 Points + Assists (-110)

After torching a stout Timberwolves defense for 40 points and nine assists this past Saturday, Cunningham finished with 32 points and nine assists Monday vs. the Trail Blazers. Jaden Ivey (leg) missed both of these games and will be out for at least a few months.

Cunningham has played six games with Ivey inactive this season and Cunningham has been excellent with 29.6 points and 9.8 assists per game in those starts. Ivey ranks second in usage for the Pistons this season, only trailing Cunningham. With Ivey off the floor, Cunningham’s usage has naturally increased 2.3 percentage points to 34.5%. Play-making wise, his assist rate has risen 4.2 percentage points to 46.8% with Ivey off the court.

Detroit has won seven of their last eight games with Cunningham playing at an All-Star level. Tonight, the star guard is facing a depleted Nets team that ranks second-to-last in defensive rating this month. Brooklyn should have no answers for the ascending Cunningham, and he is a must-bet for this over.

Additionally, parlaying Cunningham for O 36.5 PA with the Pistons to win on the Moneyline is a very appealing SGP that results in a +120 price on the DraftKings Sportsbook. The Nets will be without both Cam Thomas (hamstring) and Cameron Johnson (ankle) tonight, and Brooklyn is 0-4 with both those players inactive this season.
