Amon-Ra St. Brown best bets for Lions vs. Vikings

In a game that decides who will be the No. 1 seed in the NFC for the playoffs, the Lions are hosting the Vikings on Sunday Night Football. On DraftKings Sportsbook, Detroit is favored by three points and this game carries a total of 56.5 points.

Below, I have featured my favorite Amon-Ra St. Brown prop to consider from this contest.

Best Amon-Ra St. Brown Prop Bets on DraftKings Sportsbook

Amon-Ra St. Brown O 83.5 Receving Yards (-120)

St. Brown should have a huge performance in this pivotal tilt vs. the Vikings. The receiver is leading the Lions with a 27.7% target share this season and he ranks fifth in the NFL in receiving yards (1,186). Furthermore, St. Brown has been extremely reliable, with the best catch percentage among all receivers (82.6%) when excluding Chris Godwin (knee), who only played in seven games this season.

When St. Brown faced the Vikings in Week 7, he caught all eight of his targets for 112 yards and a touchdown. Minnesota uses split-safety coverage at the highest rate in the league and St. Brown has been very efficient against this type of coverage, catching 81% of his targets against split-safety this season.

This game’s 56.5-point total is the highest total the NFL has seen this season and the Lions boast a huge 29.5-point implied team total on DraftKings Sportsbook. Given that Detroit is the No. 1 offense in the NFL and that it struggles mightily on defense – the Lions are allowing the most yards per pass over the last three weeks (9.5) – Detroit’s games have been massive shootouts as of late, with its last three contests producing a whopping 71.7 total points per game.

This crucial matchup with the Vikings should live up to its season-high total and St. Brown is an excellent bet for over 83.5 receiving yards in this incredible setting.
