The final week of the NFL regular season has arrived! Week 18 means most season-long fantasy leagues have seen their champions crowned already, but if you didn’t win your bracket, don’t worry — there’s still DFS contests to enter for redemption.
Here’s a handful of stud players to consider on Sunday’s 14-game season-finale slate. These each come from teams either still in the hunt for each conference’s final playoff spot, or seeking a higher seed, so the risk of a possible benching is slimmer than some options.

QB Baker Mayfield, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, $7,000
The Baker Mayfield redemption arc is nearly complete as the veteran signal caller has his team in position to almost certainly clinch a playoff spot with a win. He faces the division rival New Orleans Saints, who have nothing left to play for but pride due to their prior elimination from postseason contention.
Mayfield scored an astounding 37.6 DKFP last week with a 359-yard, five-touchdown performance… oh, and did we mention he went 27-for-32 on his pass attempts? The guy is a stud and is one of the best stories in football; plus, he should be on the field plenty against a New Orleans defense which ranks bottom-five in total yardage and passing yards allowed per game.
RB Bijan Robinson, Atlanta Falcons, $8,500
Another NFC South competitor, Bijan Robinson is a bonafide RB1 in fantasy football. Even though the Falcons’ offense has lacked consistency all season long, Robinson has delivered for fantasy managers with an average of 20.2 DKFP per game.
Atlanta’s playoff homes are slim, coming in at just 15% with a win (per NFL.com), so they’re playing for their postseason lives on Sunday. The Carolina Panthers are a much less intimidating foe than their mascot suggests, and with the league’s worst run defense (allowing 176.9 rush yards per contest, 35.3 more than the next-worst unit), Robinson should run all over his opponents.
RB Josh Jacobs, Green Bay Packers, $8,100
This selection feels a bit like cheating, but the Packers are still fighting for better postseason seeding. Head coach Matt LaFleur said he plans for his starters to play, and halfback Josh Jacobs is the heartbeat of the team’s offense.
Green Bay will look to supplant a fellow 11-5 team, the Washington Commanders, in the battle for the NFC’s fifth seed. With a win against the Chicago Bears and a Washington loss, the Packers will move up a slot and avoid a date with the Philadelphia Eagles in the Wild Card round. They should be incentivized to play hard, so watch for Jacobs to have a big game against a 27th-ranked Bears run-stopping unit.
