Awards season will kick off in earnest this Sunday as the Golden Globes will take place in Los Angeles.
“Hollywood’s Party of the Year” will be hosted by Nikki Glaser and air live at 8 p.m. ET on CBS and stream live on Paramount+.

This will be both the awards’ second year airing on CBS as well as under the Dick Clark Productions banner through the Golden Globes Foundation. The Globes did not air on television in 2022 amid controversy surrounding the Hollywood Foreign Press Association but subsequently returned in 2023 once the HFPA was disbanded.

As far as the 2025 ceremony goes, it will be a star-studded affair as presenters were announced on Thursday and will include Andrew Garfield, Anthony Mackie, Glenn Close, The Rock, Jeff Goldblum, Demi Moore, Elton John, Gal Gadot, Vin Diesel, Awkwafina, Michael Keaton and Michelle Yeoh, among others.

Nominees will include A-listers such as Kate Winslet, Nicole Kidman, Angelina Jolie, Ariana Grande, Timothée Chalamet, Daniel Craig, Ralph Fiennes and Denzel Washington. Meanwhile, films like Challengers, Wicked and Dune: Part Two will look to translate their popularity into hardware.
