NBA Best Bets Today: Streaks Cheat Sheet for Friday, January 3

Friday’s nine-game slate features quite a few interesting storylines, but Knicks vs. Thunder may take the cake. OKC has the NBA’s longest active winning streak and the Knicks are right behind them. But, those aren’t the only active streaks you can bet on as you build out your best NBA parlays today.

Below, you’ll find betable streaks from each of Friday’s NBA games to help you find picks to chase or fade. Once you’ve taken stock of the streaks you deem best, make sure to check on today’s NBA injury report before casting your straight bets and parlays.

Charlotte Hornets at Detroit Pistons

  • Tobias Harris scored at least 14 points in each of his last 25 games vs. the Hornets. (Points O/U is 13.5.) In his last six games vs. the Hornets, he’s made two 3-pointers or more. (3-pointers O/U is 1.5.)
  • Cade Cunningham logged nine rebounds in each of his prior nine games vs. the Southeast Division. (Rebounds O/U is 5.5.)
  • Harris has six-plus rebounds in each of his last nine games that his team was favored vs. the Southeast. (Rebounds O/U is 5.5.)
  • Brandon Miller logged five or more rebounds in each of his previous six games vs. the Central Division. (Rebounds O/U is 4.5.)
  • In his last five home games, Cunningham made three 3-pointers or more. (3-pointers O/U is 2.5.)

Orlando Magic at Toronto Raptors

  • Gradey Dick grabbed four rebounds in each of his last seven games that the Raptors were the underdog vs. another Eastern Conference team. (Rebounds O/U is 3.5.)
  • The Magic won the first half in each of their last six games vs. the Raptors.
  • Kentavious Caldwell-Pope has three-plus assists in each of his last five games vs. the Raptors. (Assists O/U is 2.5.)
  • Jonathan Isaac scored eight or more points in each of his last five games vs. the Raptors. (Points O/U is 6.5.)

New York Knicks at Oklahoma City Thunder

  • Isaiah Hartenstein has 11 or more rebounds in each of his last seven games vs. the East. (Rebounds O/U is 10.5.)
  • Mikal Bridges logged five-plus assists in each of the last six games that his team was a road underdog vs. the West. (Assists O/U is 3.5.)
  • Karl-Anthony Towns scored 23 or more points in each of the last five games that his team was an underdog vs. the Northwest Division. (Points O/U is 22.5)
  • In his last five road games vs. the West, Towns has logged four assists or more. (Assists O/U 2.5.)

Boston Celtics at Houston Rockets

  • Jalen Green logged three or more assists in each of his last seven home games that the Rockets were underdogs. (Assists O/U is 2.5.)
  • Kristaps Porzingis scored 22-plus points in each of his last six visits to Houston. (Points O/U is 15.5.)
  • In Jrue Holiday’s last six trips to Houston, he dished out six assists or more. (Assists O/U is 3.5.)
  • The Celtics won each of the last six games in which they were playing as a road favorite while on the second leg of a back-to-back.
  • Fred VanVleet finished with five rebounds in each of his last six games. (Rebounds O/U is 4.5.)
  • The Rockets won the first quarter in each of the last five games that they were the underdog.
  • The Rockets covered the spread in their last five home games vs. the Atlantic Division.

Washington Wizards at New Orleans Pelicans

  • Kyle Kuzma knocked down two or more 3-pointers in each of the last seven games that his team was an underdog vs. the Pelicans. (3-pointers O/U is 1.5.)
  • The Wizards won the first quarter in each of the prior five games that they were the underdog.
  • The Pelicans have not covered in any of the last five games that they were the favorite. In the last four games that they were favored, the Pelicans lost outright.
  • CJ McCollum logged five-plus assists in each of the last five games that his team was favored vs. the Wizards. (Assists O/U is 4.5.)

Cleveland Cavaliers at Dallas Mavericks

  • The Cavaliers won each of the prior 11 games in which they were favored vs. the West.
  • Kyrie Irving grabbed five-plus rebounds in each of his last eight home games vs. the Central Division. (Rebounds O/U is 4.5.)
  • The Cavs have won the first half in each of their last eight games.
  • Irving scored at least 27 points in the six prior games that his team was an underdog vs. the Central. (Points O/U is 26.5.)
  • In the last six games he played that the Mavs were an underdog vs. the East, Irving dished out six assists or more. (Assists O/U is 4.5.)
  • Spencer Dinwiddie hit two-plus 3-pointers in his last six games that the Mavs were home underdogs. (3-pointers O/U is 1.5.) In the last five games he was in this setting, Dinwiddie scored 15-plus points. (Points O/U is 14.5.)
  • Klay Thompson grabbed four-plus rebounds in his last six games that the Mavs were underdogs. (Rebounds O/U is 3.5.)
  • Evan Mobley hit at least one 3-pointer in each of his last six games vs. the West. (3-pointers O/U is 0.5.)
  • Dereck Lively scored eight points in the last five games he played that the Mavs were a home underdog. (Points O/U is 7.5.)
  • Donovan Mitchell has made four-plus 3-pointers in each of his last five games. (3-pointers O/U is 3.5.)
  • Irving hit at least three 3-pointers in his last five games vs. the East. (3-pointers O/U is 2.5.)
  • Darius Garland finished with seven-plus assists in each of his last five road games vs. the West. (Assists O/U is 6.5.)

San Antonio Spurs at Denver Nuggets

  • The Spurs have covered in each of their last seven games.
  • Michael Porter Jr. knocked down three or more 3-pointers in each of his last five games. (3-pointers O/U is 2.5.)
  • The Nuggets won the first half in each of their last four games vs. the Spurs.

Memphis Grizzlies at Sacramento Kings

  • Zach Edey scored 12-plus points in each of his last six road games vs. the West. (Points O/U is 11.5.)
  • De’Aaron Fox hit three or more 3-pointers in each of his last five home games vs. the Southwest Division. (3-pointers O/U is 2.5.)
  • In the last five home games that the Kings were favored vs. the Grizzlies, Fox dished out eight or more assists. (Assists O/U is 6.5.)
  • Jaren Jackson Jr. dished out at least three assists in each of his last five games. (Assists O/U is 2.5.)
  • Malike Monk finished with six assists in each of the prior five games that the Kings were favored vs. the Southwest. (Assists O/U is 5.5.)

Atlanta Hawks at Los Angeles Lakers

  • Anthony Davis made at least one 3-pointer in each of his last nine home games vs. the East. (3-pointers O/U is 0.5)
  • The Lakers won the first half in each of the last eight games that they were favored.
  • In each of the last eight instances that they were favored while playing on the second leg of a back-to-back, the Lakers won.
  • LeBron James has eight or more rebounds in each of his last five games that the Lakers were favored vs. the East. (Rebounds O/U is 7.5.)
  • Austin Reaves logged six-plus rebounds in each of his last five games. (Rebounds O/U is 5.5.)
