UPDATE: Embiid is available.
After missing Wednesday’s loss to the Kings due to injury management, Joel Embiid has been listed as questionable for this evening’s tilt against the Warriors. Also of note: Andre Drummond has been ruled out.
In theory, Embiid should be back on Thursday. At least that’s what resting on the first night of a back-to-back would imply. Yet, as we’ve all learned with the 76ers’ All-Star, you can’t expect anything.
With Embiid sidelined versus Sacramento, Guerschon Yabusele drew the start for Philadelphia, but had a pretty underwhelming performance, finishing the game with just eight points and a single rebound in 29.6 minutes of action. In 16 starts in 2024-25, Yabusele is averaging 9.4 points and 5.5 boards. At $4,500 on DraftKings, he would once again be viable versus the Warriors if Embiid sits, especially with Drummond also unavailable.
