For the final week of the NFL regular season, Sunday’s main slate on DraftKings features the first 13 games of the day. Below, I have featured two of my favorite bargain running back plays to consider for this slate.

Michael Carter ($4,700)
With James Conner (knee) out, Carter should take on a featured role for the Cardinals this weekend. This past Saturday vs. the Rams, Conner exited after just 12 snaps and Carter finished with 10.1 FPTS as Arizona’s top back.
While logging 72.2% of the snaps, the veteran saw 13 carries, including two redzone rushes. Notably, Carter was the only Arizona running back to rush the ball after Conner exited the game. As a receiver, Carter saw two targets and he ran a route on 61% of his team’s dropbacks.
This season, Carter is averaging a strong 4.9 YPC and he is producing a solid 0.24 FPTS per snap. With Conner completely removed from the equation, Carter is a lock for 15-20 touches and he is going against a 49ers team that has nothing to play for. The Cardinals carry a healthy 23.5-point implied team total and they are a four-point favorite on the DraftKings Sportsbook.
Carter is criminally underpriced for his upside in this situation and is good chalk to embrace for Sunday’s main slate.
Blake Corum ($5,600)
The Rams will rest their starters this week and when asked about their game plan for Week 18, Los Angeles’ HC Sean McVay said “I’m excited about seeing Blake Corum get a heavy workload”. The third-round draft choice by the Rams in this past NFL draft is an intriguing prospect that finished with 1,362 and a whopping 28 touchdowns in his final season with Michigan.
Corum is only averaging 3.5 YPC in the NFL, but he hasn’t seen more than eight carries in a game this season with a true workhorse in Kyren Williams ahead of him on the depth chart.
With Williams likely to see minimal work this Sunday, Corum should be in line 15-20 touches as the Rams main rusher and this should be a friendly matchup for him, with a Seahawks team on the other side that has been eliminated from the postseason.
Seattle is giving up the second-most rushing touchdowns to running backs this season (18) and Corum has multiple touchdown upside in this spot. The rookie is scoring 0.29 FPTS per snap this season and is one of the best values on the board for Week 18 at only $5,600 on DraftKings.
