Jokic has been incredible. After posting a triple-double of 27 points, 14 rebounds and 13 assists vs. the Cavaliers this past Friday, the three-time MVP destroyed the Pistons for 37 points, nine rebounds and eight assists the next night.

Aaron Gordon (calf) missing both of these games has been the primary reason for Jokic’s success and Gordon will remain sidelined Monday. With the forward off the floor this season, all of Jokic’s rates increase, most notably with a team-high 2.3 percentage boost to his usage rate. Monday will mark the 11th game of the season Jokic has played with Gordon inactive. In the first ten, Jokic was brilliant, with 32.9 points, 13.5 rebounds and 10.6 assists per game.

The center eclipsed 49.5 PRA in eight of those 10 starts and Jokic should top clear this combo line again in this elite spot vs. the Jazz on Monday. Utah ranks dead last in defensive efficiency this season and the Nuggets’ 123.5-point implied team total on the DraftKings Sportsbook is a season high for the club.
