What happened to DeVonta Smith? Live injury updates for NFL Week 17

UPDATE 1:35 p.m. ET: Smith is back in for the drive following his injury. He’s got his right wrist wrapped.

Early in the Week 17 tilt between the Dallas Cowboys and the Philadelphia Eagles, DeVonta Smith took a hard hit (see below) and appeared to grab his wrist. He’s now in the blue medical tent with trainers.

The broadcast showed Smith shaking his right hand on the sideline with his helmet off. We’ll provide more updates here as Smith’s status becomes clearer, whether by team update or simply by putting his helmet back on.
