Jalen Brunson and the Knicks are on fire heading into this matchup with the Wizards. They have won six straight games and have won 11 of their past 13 dating back to the end of November. Brunson and Karl-Anthony Towns have become a formidable duo and all of the Knicks’ role players are starting to mesh together, as well. This team is playing well on both sides of the floor and they are big favorites over the Wizards to extend their winning streak to seven games.
Brunson has not been as much of a scorer this month, as the Knicks have not needed him as much. Towards the end of last season, including the postseason, Brunson was incredible. The Knicks are also expected to win this game handily, which would only give Tom Thibodeau more incentive to rest Brunson. All of these factors should keep Brunson under his points prop total for this game.
