With just two weeks left in the NFL Regular Season, there is still plenty on the line in Week 17. Every team and every matchup brings multiple storylines to follow as the season winds down, and the NFL has spread the games over multiple days this week.
The action began on Christmas Day with a pair of games as the Chiefs beat the Steelers and the Ravens crushed the Texans. In the typical Thursday Night Football spot, the Bears host the Seahawks, and Saturday features a strong tripleheader with three matchups spread across the afternoon and evening.
On Sunday, six games kick off at 1:00 p.m. ET, with two games in the later window, highlighted by the Vikings hosting the Packers, which was flexed into the spotlight as the Game of the Week. Sunday Night Football features another game with playoff implications as the Commanders host the Falcons, and on Monday Night Football, the Lions and 49ers meet in a big NFC clash to close out the week.
Each week, I’ll post the relevant info for the biggest matchups from DraftKings Sportsbook to help you find the stats and trends that matter. You can use these numbers to fill out your Week 17 betting card with single bets or combine them into an awesome parlay. Just a quick reminder before we begin: “SU” means “Straight Up,” while “ATS” stands for “Against the Spread.” Spreads used in records are taken from DraftKings Sportsbook at the kickoff of each game.
Make sure to check out our betting splits table as well, where you can see where the public is leaning in each matchup.
Throughout the week leading up to kickoff, DK Network will bring plenty of insight on NFL betting picks, NFL DFS contests, and more specific insights on player props, matchups, and strategies throughout the season.

The Seahawks are still in the playoff picture and start the week one game behind the Rams at 8-7 SU/6-8-1 ATS. The Bears are 4-11 SU/7-7-1 ATS and have been eliminated from the playoffs. They are in line for a top-10 pick in the NFL Draft coming into the week.
The Seahawks are 7-1 SU in their last eight road games and 15-5 SU in their last 20 games as road favorites, but they are 0-5 SU in their last five Thursday games. Seattle is also 4-2 SU/ATS in its last six games despite losing SU/ATS to the Packers and Vikings in the last two weeks.

Arizona Cardinals at Los Angeles Rams

Betting Trends

The Rams come into this divisional matchup with a one-game lead over the Seahawks. With a home win in this matchup and either a Seahawks loss or if they clinch the “strength of victory” tiebreaker over Seattle, they will clinch a playoff berth this weekend. The Cardinals have been eliminated from the playoffs, but they can get back to .500 with a win in Los Angeles.
The Cardinals have 1-4 SU/2-3 ATS in their last five games to fall out of the division race. They are just 4-15 SU in their last 19 road games and 4-15 ATS in their last 19 divisional games.
The Rams have dominated the recent matchups between these teams, going 13-3 SU/12-3-1 ATS. They are also 5-1 SU/ATS in their last six games and 8-3 SU in their last 11 home games. The Rams are 4-1 ATS in their last five against the NFC and 10-2 ATS in their last 12 divisional contests.
The over is 6-1 in the Cardinals’ last seven games in December and 5-1 in the Rams’ last six Saturday games, but the under is 5-1 in the Rams’ last six games as the favorite.
Green Bay Packers at Minnesota Vikings

Betting Trends

This should be one of the best matchups of the weekend as the 13-2 Vikings try to stay in the hunt for the division against the Packers, who have also clinched a playoff spot. Both teams are playing well and headed to the postseason.
The Packers are 20-3 SU in their last 23 December games and 5-0 ATS in their last five overall. They are also 4-1 ATS in their last five games vs. the NFC and 4-1 SU in their last five road games.
The Vikings are 8-0 SU in their last eight games and 7-1 SU in their last eight home games. In their last 15 games, they are 10-4-1 ATS. The only downward trend is that Minnesota is 1-6 ATS in their last seven Week 17 games.
The over is 10-4 in the Packers’ last 14 road games and 15-6 in the Vikings’ last 21 games in December. On the other hand, the under is 5-2 in the Packers’ last seven games overall and 7-3 in the last 10 games between these teams in Minnesota.
Atlanta Falcons at Washington Commanders

Betting Trends

Sunday night brings us a great matchup between playoff hopefuls. The Falcons hold the top spot in the NFC South since they hold the tiebreaker over the Bucs, who play the Panthers on Sunday afternoon. The Commanders beat the Eagles last week but still trail Philly by two games for the division. They are in a strong position to claim a Wild Card and can clinch a return to the postseason with a victory in this game or a Bucs loss.
The Falcons made the move to rookie Michael Penix Jr. at QB last week and beat the Giants SU/ATS. The Falcons are 2-4 SU/1-4-1 ATS in their last six games and 6-14 SU in their last 20 road games. However, Atlanta has gone 6-3 SU in its last nine games against Washington and 7-3 SU in its last 10 games against the NFC.
The Commanders got a huge SU/ATS win over the Eagles last week and are 10-4 SU/9-5-1 ATS in their last 14 games. They are 6-1 SU in their last seven games vs. the NFC South and 7-2 SU in their last nine against the NFC.
The over is 4-1 in the Commanders’ last five home games and 5-2 in their last seven games overall. On the other hand, the under is 6-1 in Atlanta’s last seven games and 6-0 in the Falcons’ last six against the NFC East.

The Lions continue to overcome multiple injuries and are 13-2 SU/10-4-1 ATS on the season to lead the NFC North. They currently hold the top spot in the NFC, but the Vikings and Eagles are close behind. On the other side of this matchup, it’s been a rough year for the 49ers, who are eliminated from playoff contention.
The Lions are 31-12 ATS in their last 43 games against the NFC, 9-1 ATS in their last 10 on the road and 8-3 ATS in their last 11 Monday games. The Lions are also 25-4 SU in their last 29 games as the favorite and 7-0 SU in their last seven road games. They have struggled against San Francisco, though, going just 1-12 SU in their last 13 head-to-head meetings.
The 49ers are 10-0 SU in their last 10 home games against the Lions, but they have gone just 1-5 SU/ATS in their last six games. They are also just 4-11 ATS in their last 15 home games and 1-4 ATS in their last five games against the NFC.
The under is 10-5 in the 49ers’ last 15 games as the underdog, but the over is 4-1 in the last five games between these two teams and 8-4 in the Lions’ last 12 games overall.
