College Football Bowl Picks: Best Player Prop Bets for December 26

Updated:

By: Blake Krass

It’s Bowl Season in college football, and there will be some amazing performances on display. Here is how to bet on those player props on DraftKings Sportsbook.

GameAbove Bowl: Toledo vs. Pittsburgh

Tucker Gleason 2+ Passing Touchdowns (+110)

Tucker Gleason has had a really solid season for Toledo. Gleason had a 22-7 TD-INT ratio in the regular season and will look to show what he can do on the national stage in this game. Pittsburgh has one of the best rush defenses in the nation, ranking 15th in defensive EPA/rush. However, they rank 97th in defensive EPA/pass, so this should be a pass-heavy approach by Toledo. Gleason had 2+ passing touchdowns in eight out of 11 games in the regular season so he should be able to keep that streak going in this bowl game.

Rate Bowl: Kansas State vs. Rutgers

Avery Johnson 60+ Rushing Yards (-105)

Avery Johnson and Kansas State had a bit of a disappointing season after being one of the favorites to win the Big 12. However, they will want to end the season on a positive note in this bowl game. Avery Johnson has had an up-and-down season, but he has proven himself to be a great runner of the football this season. He ended the regular season with two of his best running games of the season, going for 72 yards against Cincinnati and 64 yards against Iowa State the week before that. Rutgers is one of the worst rush defenses in the country, ranking 130th in defensive EPA/rush. Kansas State running back DJ Giddens has also opted out for this game so Johnson should get even more designed runs than normal in this game.

LendingTree Bowl: Bowling Green vs. Arkansas State

Harold Fannin Jr. 86+ Receiving Yards (-115)

Harold Fannin Jr. has arguably been the best tight end in college football this season. In fact, he finished the regular season second in the nation in receiving yards among all pass-catchers, not just tight ends. Fannin is just 11 receiving yards away from breaking the all-time FBS receiving yards mark for a tight end and is 12 receptions away from breaking the FBS receptions record for a tight end. Bowling Green should just let their legendary player do whatever he wants in this game to try to get him these records. Arkansas State has a dreadful defense, ranking 108th in defensive EPA/pass. Fannin should be able to do anything he wants in this game and break some records on the way.
