The All-NBA wing is too gifted of a shooter for this rut to continue. Since the start of December, his splits across the board have looked much more promising. Even so, he’s still been unable to fix his issues from downtown.
There’s no better day to break out of a slump than Christmas. Brown has repeatedly shown out under the brightest lights. If he can convert on a few attempts from deep, his scoring output will take a step in the right direction. Even if Jayson Tatum returns to the lineup, Brown has enough volume to pass this 25-point threshold easily if the jumper is falling. Against a bitter division rival, Brown and the squad have owned in recent history, the value of this line is too intriguing to ignore.
