San Antonio cruised past Portland 114-94 on Saturday behind Wembanyama’s 30 points and ten blocks. It marked his second 30-point performance in five games, averaging 29.0 points and 5.2 blocks. Many eyes will be on him as he continues to defy logic on the court.

“He’s done a good job of just facing up and seeing when he has that one-on-one or space to push through that initial contact,” Johnson said. “With his length, it’s hard to avoid him once he gets there.”
With Embiid coming off a sinus injury and potentially limited, Wembanyama’s length and skill set could lead to a dominant night. At +400, the value to lead all scorers is worth a look.

With how incredible of a shot-blocking run Wembanyama is on, this is a way to capitalize if it continues. However, there is a risk that opponents could become more reluctant to challenge him. However, he’s so unique, that may not matter.
