The former first-overall pick has always been an upper-echelon quarterback, but he’s entered rarified air this year with how he’s slinging the ball. Burrow has tossed 36 touchdowns to just eight interceptions and is on the precipice of his third 4,000-yard passing season.
Most teams pound the rock to set up play action, but Cincinnati passes on early downs to set up the run game. The entire offense revolves around Burrow, with his volume similar to that of signal callers from the passing boom period in the mid-2010s.
As long as the matchup is somewhat competitive, Burrow will be north of 40 passing attempts. He’s surpassed the 325-yard threshold in three of his previous five outings and is against the 18th-ranked secondary in EPA. Burrow will continue to stuff the stat sheet in his current form, and getting such juicy value makes the line more compelling.
