Haliburton is a sharp bet for this under. The point guard has taken a step backwards as a scorer this season, averaging 18.1 PPG, after averaging over 20 PPG in his two previous seasons. Haliburton’s usage rate is 2.8 percentage points lower this season than last and he is also shooting a career-worst 35% on three pointers.

Haliburton has especially struggled on the road, averaging only 15.4 PPG. The guard has only scored over 18.5 points in five of his 16 road starts this season and Sunday presents a tough spot for Haliburton, with the Kings giving up the fourth-fewest points to point guards in the league.

Another concerning factor for Haliburton is that the Pacers are a 1.5-point underdog to Sacramento on the DraftKings Sportsbook. In the Pacers’ 15 losses this season, Haliburton is averaging a modest 13.7 PPG and he has only eclipsed 18.5 points four times.
